We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Enterprise Security Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member of our security organization, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the security posture of our enterprise infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data in a fast-paced and evolving environment. This role requires a strong understanding of security best practices, a passion for technology, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This is a full-time remote position open to candidates in the United States and Canada.

In this role you will:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design pragmatic security solutions that balance business needs with risk management
- Implement and maintain security controls for corporate infrastructure (endpoints, SaaS applications, data loss prevention)
- Develop security policies, standards, and procedures
- Respond to security incidents and conduct forensic investigations
- Monitor emerging threats and maintain current security knowledge
- Champion security awareness across the organization
To qualify for this role you have:
- 5+ years in enterprise security engineering in a SaaS organization/s
- Deep knowledge of security fundamentals and industry best practices
- Hands-on experience with: firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, SSO, and SIEM platforms
- Proficiency in Python or Bash for security automation
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-directed with the ability to thrive in fast-paced SaaS startup environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools effectively to security workflows
Bonus Points:
- Container security and Kubernetes experience
- SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance experience

The hiring base pay is dependent on several factors, including level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and geographic location. As a hybrid company, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. and global geographic markets. We pay differently based on those defined markets.
