OverviewSlide.tech designs and delivers high-reliability miniPC and rackmount systems for MSP and BCDR environments. We are hiring a Logistics Associate I/II to support domestic and international shipping operations. This role owns outbound fulfillment, carrier coordination, and inventory flow. The work is hands-on and detail-heavy, with growth into logistics operations or supply chain roles.
Key Responsibilities- Manage outbound shipments for finished systems and RMAs, domestic and international.
- Create shipping labels, customs paperwork, and commercial invoices.
- Ship primarily via UPS using WorldShip or WorldPort workflows.
- Coordinate freight, palletized shipments, and quarterly bulk moves.
- Ensure accurate serial, order, and tracking linkage in internal systems.
- Pack systems to Slide standards for damage prevention and compliance.
- Receive inbound shipments and handle inventory intake and tagging.
- Maintain accurate stock locations and inventory counts.
- Work closely with hardware assembly and operations teams.
- Resolve carrier issues, delays, and customs holds when they occur.
Required:
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience with UPS shipping tools and processes.
- Experience shipping internationally, including customs documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and process adherence.
- Comfortable lifting and moving hardware up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable communication in a small, fast-moving team.
Preferred:
- Experience with high-value electronics or hardware shipments.
- Familiarity with FedEx Ship Manager or DHL.
- Exposure to RMA workflows or reverse logistics.
- Experience with inventory systems or ERPs.
Progression to Tech Support Engineer, Hardware QA Specialist roles as proficiency and leadership develop.
Work Environment- Standard production and warehouse environment with assembly benches and test stations.
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Occasional overtime may be required during large deployment cycles.
