Your Role
  • Develop Supply Strategy: Create a supply strategy and roadmap aligned with client needs, event trends, and strategic opportunities.
  • Manage and Build Partnerships: Oversee the partnership process from start to finish, including developing outbound communication, driving cross-functional execution, and collaborating with customer service, sales, and product teams.
  • Lead API and Partner Discussions: Enhance the existing marketplace through API and partner discussions.
  • Communicate Insights: Regularly share marketplace and supplier insights with the company.
  • Represent Suppliers: Advocate for suppliers within the company by utilizing supply team feedback and data insights.
  • Data Interpretation: Use data dashboards to build strategic and execution plans.
  • Establish Metrics: Set team metrics aligned with company goals.
About You
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to maximize user value.
  • Extensive experience in sales management.
  • User-centric mindset.
  • Ability to own and make important roadmap decisions.
  • Technical and operational background with knowledge of SQL, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in building and interpreting data analytics.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Experience with marketplace strategy is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.
