Your Role
- Own and nurture enterprise customer relationships, providing a high level of care and attention to each clients unique needs
- Develop and execute cross-selling and upselling initiatives to expand accounts
- Collaborate closely with all team across the organization, providing guidance, problem-solving, and advocating for clients when necessary
- Strong understanding of data for client-facing reports, as well as strong presentation skills for QBR's
- Partner with our cross-functional teams to help drive product strategy and ensure the continued success for our customers

- Proven success in sales and customer retention
- Experience leading a team - a positive and motivated leader
- Strong project management skills
- Proactive, collaborative and eager to take on new challenges
- Passion for the product you’re selling and for providing real value for your customers
