Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

This role can be based in New York, San Francisco, or Mountain View.

We're looking for a structured, strategic senior marketer who is able to connect dots and work in a highly collaborative environment. In this role, you will work across the Brand, Consumer Product Marketing, Marketing Insights, and Media teams to lead large-scale, full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns that drive business objectives. To thrive in this role, you must have strong strategic thinking, audience-centricity, operational excellence, superb collaboration skills, and comfort in navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large scale, complex, global full-funnel campaigns from end-to-end that build brand resonance and drive awareness and consideration of LinkedIn
  • Partner closely and collaborate comfortably with creative, paid media, product marketing, creator, marketing insights, and social to ensure that go-to-market activations support business/marketing objectives
  • Lead GTM research projects and creative testing to determine creative strategy resonance, product truth credibility, and optimizations
  • Build influence among leadership through highly effective communication, partnership and provocation, ability to engage and influence decision-making


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 9+ years’ experience in brand, consumer marketing or agency strategist/account roles
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing full-funnel marketing campaigns across multiple channels and stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in audience-centricity; relentless advocate for our consumers across the organization with ability to convert insights into clear recommendations
  • Seasoned dot-connector with strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, influence without authority, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Consistent track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional relationships, inclusive of agency relationships across creative and media
  • Comfortable measuring and interpreting data-driven performance, distilling insights, and taking action
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Strong organization and project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt plans through change
  • Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and leadership.
  • CPG and/or tech industry experience

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $149,000 - $233,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
