Juice Labs is redefining GPU access: we virtualize and distribute GPU resources across desktop, edge, and HPC environments. Our platform helps teams tap into underutilized GPUs—dynamically and remotely—making high-performance compute more accessible and efficient.

We're hiring a Senior or Staff-level Graphics Engineer to join our core team. You’ll help extend our system across GPU vendors, optimize for real-time performance, and build the foundation for distributed graphics workloads like remote ray tracing.

What You’ll Do
  • Work on low-level GPU integration and system architecture across Linux and Windows
  • Own performance profiling, debugging, and optimization of GPU workloads
  • Extend support for AMD and ARM platforms
  • Build core features like distributed caching and distributed ray tracing
  • Collaborate with customers to support real-world deployments
  • Debug across the stack—graphics APIs, drivers, OS, hardware
You Might Be a Fit If You Have
  • 5+ years building graphics systems (games, engines, real-time renderers, etc.)
  • Deep experience with graphics APIs like Vulkan, DirectX, OpenGL, or Metal
  • Strong C/C++ and systems-level debugging skills
  • Experience working on performance-critical, low-latency code
  • Knowledge of Linux and GPU driver internals
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a distributed team
Bonus Points For
  • Experience with remote rendering, streaming, or cloud graphics
  • Past work in GPU engine teams (Epic, Unity, EA, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ARM platforms and multi-GPU coordination
  • Tools experience: profilers, debuggers, or frame analyzers
  • Interest in distributed compute, not just visuals

Why Juice Labs?

Juice Labs is solving one of the most overlooked problems in high-performance computing: GPU underutilization. Our platform enables teams to dynamically access, partition, and share GPUs—across desktops, data centers, and edge environments—unlocking efficiency without sacrificing performance.

We’re a small, senior team with deep technical roots and a collaborative, low-ego culture. As an early team member, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping our product, architecture, and impact across AI, gaming, media, and scientific computing. If you thrive on debugging hard problems, optimizing for scale, and building novel distributed systems—we’d love to meet you.
