You’ll own the systems, processes, and strategy that keep our sales motion running efficiently from forecast accuracy and pipeline health to pricing strategy and deal execution. This role sits between Sales, Finance, and Legal, playing a critical role in aligning teams and accelerating revenue.
Success in this role means tighter forecast precision, faster deal velocity, scalable infrastructure, and insights that drive strategic decision-making. You’ll be a force multiplier for our revenue team; enabling sellers to move faster, leaders to plan smarter, and Gradial to scale predictably.
Responsibilities
- Lead core Sales Operations functions, including forecasting, pipeline health, quota tracking, and performance reporting
- Design and improve processes that drive seller efficiency and revenue predictability
- Manage Gradial’s Deal Desk, advising on pricing, discounting, and contract structure
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline quote-to-cash and build scalable approval workflows
- Partner with Sales and Finance leadership to define territories, set quotas, and align incentives
- Maintain CRM accuracy and lead adoption of best practices across HubSpot and integrated tools
- Deliver dashboards and insights that inform GTM decisions and drive operational alignment
- Coach sales teams on commercial strategy, deal structure, and approval navigation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong command of HubSpot and sales tech stacks (CPQ or equivalent tools a plus)
- Proven ability to build and optimize systems, processes, and workflows that scale
- Deep understanding of SaaS pricing models, sales motions, and contracting principles
- Excellent collaboration skills with a track record of cross-functional execution
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and leading through change in a high-growth environment
Desirable Attributes
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and complex deal structures
- Background in Finance or Commercial Strategy with exposure to quote-to-cash optimization
The base salary range for this position is $160,000 – $190,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and equity awards. Gradial offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental & vision insurance, 401K retirement plan, paid time off, paid sick leave and other employee wellness programs.

AI Literacy & Interviewing Tools
As an AI-first company, we prioritize AI literacy as a core competency in our hiring decisions. We’re excited by candidates who thoughtfully apply AI tools in their work, but during interviews we’re focused on you. This is your opportunity to show how you think, communicate, and solve problems. Over-reliance on AI-generated responses during the interview process (especially when it obscures your own voice) will result in disqualification. We want to understand your unique perspective and how you approach challenges, both with and without AI.
What we offer

- Fast-paced environment with flexibility and ownership
- Real impact, zero bureaucracy
