• Role: Accounting Software Analyst to validate, verify, and enhance our AI-powered accounting platform

• Focus: Ensure high-quality user experience by testing functionalities, identifying issues, and providing feedback for continuous improvement

• Commitment: ~1-2 hours per month on a part-time basis

What You’ll Do

• Test and Validate: Thoroughly test new features and updates within our accounting software (e.g., transaction entries, reporting dashboards, integration flows).

• Bug Identification: Proactively identify, document, and track software bugs and discrepancies in accounting functionalities.

• Scenario Creation: Design real-world accounting scenarios to rigorously test the platform’s ability to handle day-to-day accounting tasks and edge cases.

• Feedback Loop: Provide clear, concise feedback and suggestions for improvements to developers and product teams.

• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and product managers to ensure quick turnaround on fixes, and maintain the software’s functional and aesthetic quality.
