The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Demand Generation and Marketing Leader to orchestrate our marketing efforts. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a demand generation engine from the ground up, with a primary focus on driving demand within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) channel. You will be responsible for creating urgency around critical cybersecurity use cases, translating our technology's power into tangible business value for our partners and their customers.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in demand generation, content marketing, and digital marketing and is keen to lead with data-driven decisions. You’re both resourceful and innovative, eager to brainstorm, execute, and refine strategies to drive pipeline generation. This is a remote role, but we do local meet-ups and quarterly off-sites.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategize, Orchestrate and Execute: Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with our business goals, with a heavy emphasis on speaking clearly to IT and managed service providers. You will be the conductor, orchestrating marketing activities and resources to help set appointments for our fabulous sales team.
  • Own full-funnel demand generation initiatives, from strategy to tactical execution.
  • Work with the team on content strategy to drive engagement and nurture leads throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and pipeline impact.
  • Help manage and optimize marketing tech stack.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Use data and analytics to inform every decision. You will be responsible for tracking key metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and iterating quickly to optimize results. Your insights will be the catalyst for continuous improvement.
  • Create & Iterate: Be a creative force, constantly generating new ideas and campaigns to engage our target audience.Bring fresh, creative energy to campaigns and partner enablement efforts, iIdentify gaps in our current strategy based on partner feedback and work closely with our design team to turn ideas into polished materials. You will lead the creation of compelling content, from white papers and case studies to webinars and social media campaigns, all designed to build awareness and generate leads.
  • Channel-Focused Demand: Forge a deep understanding of the MSP landscape and their unique challenges. You will create targeted campaigns that speak directly to their needs, showcasing how our technology solves their problems and creates new business opportunities for them.
  • Generate Urgency: Craft compelling narratives that highlight the risks of inaction. You will translate complex cybersecurity concepts into urgent, need-to-act use cases that motivate both partners and end-users to adopt our solutions.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in B2B demand generation, preferably within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
  • Experience working with the MSP channel is highly desirable.
  • A data-obsessed marketer who lives and breathes metrics like MQLs, SQLs, pipeline velocity, and CAC.
  • A creative problem-solver who isn't afraid to experiment and iterate quickly.
  • An exceptional communicator and collaborator who can work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.
  • A leader who can inspire and manage a team, even if it starts as a team of one.
